During this period, there was 1 construction trip made on November 30 to place a lighted piling at the
Waveland Pier Rubble site and 6 PVC Day Markers at the inshore limestone sites near Long Beach Harbor,
the Naval Hospital, and Courthouse Road Pier. T&W Construction was contracted to provide Tug & Barge
services and PRIMOFISH.COM provided Spotter Boat services.

Lat 30°16.880'N Lon 89°21.861'W TD's: 11937.8 47080.3 29170.7
This lighted piling was placed in the Southeast Corner of the site with the rubble residing between it and the pier.
The coordinates of the piling are 30°16.852, 89°21.820, 11938.1, 47080.2, 29170.9. The coordinates of the pier are
30°16.854, 89°21.900. The water depth was recorded at 7 feet.

Lat 30°20.592'N Lon 89°07.816'W TD's: 12080.6 47095.4 29326.2
Two 3 inch PVC Day Markers were placed with the limestone material residing between them. The west marker was
placed at 30° 20.603, 89°07.863, 12080.6, 47095.4, 29326.2 and the east marker was placed at 30°20.596, 89°07.817,

Lat 30°22.240'N Lon 89°03.165'W TD's: 12129.1 47102.1 29379.8
Two 3 inch PVC Day Markers were placed with the limestone material residing between them. The southwest marker
was placed at 30° 22.216, 89°03.211, 12128.8, 47102.1, 29379.4 and the northeast marker was placed at 30°22.244,
89°03.153, 12129.3, 47102.2, 29380.1. While the water depth at the reef was around 6 feet, it should be noted that
some shoaling is evident south of the site running parallel to shore with depths reaching close to 2 feet (probably
due to Hurricane Georges in '98). This makes it difficult to reach the site with a Tug Boat. To set these markers, the
Barge was separated from the Tug and put in position with a push boat. This shoaling was evident for quite some
distance and the procedure had to be repeated for the courthouse road pier (about ½ mile east).
